What we collect

When you contact us we collect your name, contact details and the information you choose to share. If you become a client, we collect health information needed to provide safe, effective therapy, such as goals, relevant history, session notes and funding details.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and document services, communicate with funders and (with your consent) other professionals involved in your care, send invoices, and, if you sign up, send our newsletter.

How we store it

Client records are kept in secure practice-management software with access limited to your treating therapist. Website enquiries are delivered by email. Newsletter subscriber details are stored with our email provider. We keep health records for the periods required by law.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We only share it with your consent, when required by law, or where there is a serious risk to someone’s safety.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email.

Complaints

Please contact us first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or the Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner (hcc.vic.gov.au).
